Swarovski has made adjustments as to how they will distribute their crystals in the marketplace. Due to Swarovski's new change in the way they distribute their stones, we have ceased the use of them for the time being and now use Preciosa crystals!
Preciosa Crystal is a luxury brand name known throughout Europe for its precision-cut lead crystal. Let's be very clear, Preciosa Crystals offer a level of brilliance and sparkle parallel to Swarovski Crystals!

Yes, we do offer pulling for wardrobe stylists and brands only. A deposit will be required to pull; please email to inquire.
Although all of our items are handmade with strong materials, we understand things do happen! Every piece/garment that have stones attached to them has a warranty of 6 months from purchase date. Please send us an email with your order number and a photo of your piece and we will send a shipping label and schedule your repair. If you have had your piece/garment for longer than 6 months, you may still email us with your information and we will assess the damage for your restoration. The first repair after the warranty expires is free, but you will be quoted for future repairs. In the event that majority of your stones are missing or piece is irreparable, you may need to purchase a new piece/garment.
Local pick up is not available at the moment for online orders, but we do offer pick up for local shoots and stylists. We will make an announcement as soon as it is available for online orders.
Please give all tracking numbers 24-48 hours to update in the mailing system. If for some reason it has been longer than that and you still do not see movement, please contact us immediately and we will help resolve the issue.
Yes you absolutely can! As long as the item has not been shipped yet, changing the address is no problem at all. However, if it has been released to the post office, we will have to attempt to intercept the package. If that is unsuccessful, we will have to wait until the item is returned to sender (us) to send it to the correct address. Please take your time inputting addresses and other personal information to avoid any issues.
